Glinka Cathy Pereira has been selected for prestigious "NIPTE-FDA conference travel award". Glinka is pursuing her Master Thesis under the supervision of Dr. Ravendra Singh and Dr. Rohit Ramachandran. NIPTE (National Institute for Pharmaceutical Technology and Education: http://www.nipte.org/) is a very reputed and big organization. It is made of more than 15 USA Universities and funded by FDA
(www.fda.gov). As part of award, she will receive a certificate and grant to attend the conference.

Shishir will defence his master this on 24th August 2016. He has completed his MS thesis under the supervision of Dr. Marianthi Ierapetritou and Dr. Ravendra Singh. His thesis title is "Correlation of Compression Models to Material Properties: Expanding Pharmaceutical Modeling Techniques".
