ABOUT PI

Dr. Ravendra Singh is director of pharmaceutical systems engineering (PSE) and faculty of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, Rutgers University, USA. He is principal and co-principal investigator and technical lead of “multi million dollars, NSF ERC-SOPS projects” at Rutgers University.

He is a recipient of the prestigious EFCE Excellence Award given in Recognition of an Outstanding PhD Thesis, from the European Federation of Chemical Engineering. He is a recognized scientist in the field of continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing, modelling and simulation, PAT, and process control. He has published more than 80 papers, edited one pharmaceutical systems engineering book published by Elsevier, written more than 12 book chapters, and presented at over 150 conferences. He is actively serving as a guest editor of Journal, Journal editorial board member, and conference session chair. Dr. Singh is a well-recognized 3rd generation scientist on “Process System Engineering” created by Prof. Roger W. H. Sargent (Sargent-Gani-Singh).
